His career is defined not by balance, but by deliberate design – blending professional rigour with pursuits that most would call hobbies but he considers essential.

A wildlife photographer specialising in birds, a snake rescuer, and a stand-up comedian – his work extends well beyond traditional consulting. His approach to both life and work is rooted in a simple principle: experience matters more than the deliverable.

In 2025, Nanu launched Nanusene, a blog that catalogues his observations across multiple domains. The blog serves as his primary platform for sharing ideas that don’t fit neatly into any single category.

Bird Photography

Nanu’s love for nature finds expression through bird photography. Armed with a camera, patience, and a precise eye, he captures avian life in its natural habitat, raising awareness about biodiversity and conservation through his images. In 2025, he exhibited some of his best work at two different venues called Flight Path.

Snake Rescue

As part of the core team at Goodearth Malhar, Nanu actively participates in snake rescues within his community. With a clear understanding of venomous and non-venomous species, he ensures safe rescue while advocating for coexistence with these misunderstood creatures. His work in this space emphasises education over fear.

Stand-up Comedy

Nanu has been performing stand-up comedy since 2022, bringing observational humor grounded in growing up in Bangalore. He founded Malhar Laugh Club the same year, a regular comedy platform, and actively contributes to programming at Courtyard Koota, a performance space focused on connecting people through art.
